Ashbourne, gateway to Dovedale or gateway to all things unknown? You decide! Join Haunted Company for an evening of ghostly tales, from the haunted Town Hall to the hauntings of the Green Man Hotel (as seen on TV). Not to mention the drowning of a man in the old well just off the market place, the figures of children who can still be seen looking out of the windows of the old grammar school, and much more. We will also be visiting the towns old railway tunnel, said to be haunted by old steam trains. Dare you join us for an evening of paranormal mystery? Don’t forget to bring your mobile phones or cameras for photos and video footage to remember your visit… You never know what you might find! Prepare to be scared!!!

How long is the tour?
The tour will last approximately 2 hours
What should I bring with me?
Bring anything you like for spending an hour outdoors including comfortable shoes. A coat or umbrella is advised if the weather looks like it may rain. We also advise you bring along a camera and an audio recorder if you have one, you never know what you will capture. There are also some great ghost hunting apps available for smartphones.
How much does the tour cost?
The prices are £10 for adults
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome on the tour.
Is the event wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the tour takes place on the public pavements around the towns so you will have no issues
Will I see a ghost on the tour?
We cannot guarantee this, however you never know, and there have been several occasions of paranormal activity on our walks.
